Although it do...I fell down my stairs 2 weeks ago!! Although it doesn't sound as bad as your fall. I'm not sure about this year of being 40. Between ice, meds, and oils, I'm feeling some improvement. I'm spending my time reading (The Right kind of Strong by Mary Kassian and listening to Start with the Heart by Kathy Koch) and crocheting while the kids do their work.
