Greased Lightening celebrates the big THREE this week.  This post filled with Birthday Week Traditions from Familia & Seoul was a nice reminder for me to whip out his birthday plate at dinner.

A few weeks ago at Super Boy's Super Hero themed birthday party, we actually did a very similar Frozen Fun Activity featured at Kate's Creative Kitchen.  We froze Imaginext Super Hero characters in ice and the party guests had to rescue the heros.  It was a huge hit!
